Welcome to KFC OG Cup! These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of our website and services. For the avoidance of doubt “our” and/or “we” shall mean Power League Gaming FZ-LLC.  By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our website or services.
 

Eligibility

To participate in any of our tournaments, you must be a Female Saudi National & at least 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to participate. Some tournaments may have additional eligibility requirements, which will be clearly stated in the tournament rules.
 

Registration

To participate in a tournament, you must register and create an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
 

Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner when participating in our tournaments. Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or otherwise breaking the rules of a tournament is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification and/or suspension from future tournaments. Any form of harassment, including but not limited to discrimination, racism, sexism, homophobia, or hate speech, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate disqualification and/or suspension from future tournaments.

Prizes

Winners of each tournament will be awarded prizes, as stated on our website. Prizes are subject to change or modification at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the original prize becomes unavailable.

All Prizes will be distributed After the end of the Entire Tournament Campaign, Winners can expect to receive communication about the prizes from 5th of August onwards.

Qualified Players

The Qualified players from each tournament (5 for Valorant, 5 for Overwatch and 4 for PUBGM) will be a part of the KFC OG roster and compete in the Saudi eLeague Qualifiers, if the Qualified Player is not available for the Saudi eLeagues Qualifiers tournaments, then the Tournament Organizer has full right to replace the Qualified Player.

Intellectual Property

Save for any reference or utilization of the KFC trademarks, in which case this shall be the sole property of KFC MENAPAKT FZ-LLC and/or any of its affiliates, our website and all of its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of our company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any of our content and/or KFC’s trademarks without our express written permission. 
 

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your use of our website or participation in our tournaments. In no event shall our company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our website or participation in our tournaments.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and/or access to our website at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Changes to Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or change this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any such modification or change shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about this Agreement or request a deletion of your personal data, please contact us at sami@powerleaguegaming.com.

By disclosing your data, you consent to sharing it with Power League Gaming FZ LLC for its exclusive purpose of contacting you to manage your experience within the OG Cup esports tournaments. Under no circumstances shall the data be disclosed, transferred, or processed to or by KFC or any YUM entity without your explicit consent.
